I mean, the site was basically fine to use, nothing terrible or anything, but on my phone it did feel kind of slow here and there. Some of the menus were easy enough to figure out, and then other times I was clicking around like wait, where is this thing supposed to be? It took me a minute on a couple pages. Checkout was smooth though, so that part was a relief

i mean, I got my wig last week and it looks really natural, not super shiny or fake-looking. The hairline was better than I thought it would be too. I did have to adjust it a little to get it sitting right, and shipping was kind of slow, but overall I’m happy with it

The hair looked really when I first got it and it felt soft too. The only thing is, it sheds more than I was hoping. It’s not terrible or anything, but I definitely notice strands coming out when I brush it or even just run my fingers through it. For the price, I expected it to hold up a little better. It’s still wearable, you just have to be gentle with it. Overall, it’s kind of hit or miss for me.

I had a small issue and reached out to support. They got back to me quickly (which I really appreciated) and had everything sorted without much hassle.

The item itself was fine, just didn’t really work for me, so I sent it back. But the return process felt suspiciously slow, like my refund had been sent into some hidden warehouse void or they were hoping I’d forget about it. I had to chase them up before anything actually moved. The money did come back in the end, so it’s not a disaster, but it definitely took longer than it should have. Annoying, honestly.

The order itself was fine, but the shipping was really slow. It ended up taking way longer than they said it would, which was frustrating.

I ordered from rosabeauty.com it was fine, but I’m not sure I’d do it again at full price. The products weren’t bad or anything, they just didn’t feel as impressive as I expected for what I paid. After getting everything, I had that slight “maybe I should’ve waited” feeling. I might give them another try if there’s a decent sale, but I don’t think the value is really there at regular prices.

My delivery is late and I’m still waiting on it. There hasn’t really been any clear updates either, so I don’t know what’s going on.

I wanted to like these, but the fit just didn’t work out for me. They felt too tight around the waist and started getting uncomfortable after wearing them for a few hours. Personally, I wouldn’t buy them again.

The edges would not lay flat no matter what I tried, and it was still super noticeable after blending. It ended up being way more stressful than I thought it would be, especially for the price. I ordered once and regretted it. The site was confusing to get through, and on top of that I kept getting asked to verify myself over and over, which was really annoying. When I reached out with questions, support wasn’t much help either. Definitely not planning to use it again...

I ordered a few things and they did show up, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box looked beat up when it arrived, kind of squashed, and one corner was already half open.

Thankfully nothing was completely ruined, but one of the products had leaked a bit and everything inside felt messy when I opened it. There wasn’t really any extra padding either, so the items were just shifting around in the box.

I was kind of feeling pressured to decide quickly, so I was a bit worried about the colors being off. They weren’t an exact match, but they looked close and worked well enough for what I needed.

I’ve been using this and my hair just feels so soft now. That dry feeling isn’t really there like before, so I’m happy with it.

At first glance, the hair looked decent, so I kind of assumed it would be easy to style. My usual shortcut is: if it looks good out of the package, it’ll probably handle a few basic styles. But this one didn’t really work that way. It was hard to curl, and even when I got some shape into it, it didn’t last very long. For the price, I expected it to be more versatile. It’s not awful, just more limited than I hoped.

Everything showed up exactly how I expected it. My order was all correct and I didnt have any issues at all.

I was let down by this. The density was not what was listed at all, and that kind of thing really matters to me. Maybe everything else would have been fine, but when the main spec is off, it makes the whole purchase feel unreliable

I was in a good mood when this arrived because the quality turned out better than I expected. It feels nice to use and seems like it’ll hold up well. The only thing that slightly annoyed me was the packaging, it could’ve been a bit more secure. Still, I’m happy with it overall.

I was a little nervous about tangling because the last wig I bought from another site got messy so fast :/

This one from Rosabeauty has been way better so far. I wore it for a few days and only got a little tangling in the back, but it brushed out easily with a wide-tooth comb :)

It still looks nice, feels soft, and I’m not struggling with it every morning... which is a big win for me!!
